Vehicle Pickup Process: The customer calls approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the parking lot to announce their arrival time. Upon arrival at the parking lot, the customer checks in and the vehicle handover process is initiated, along with the completion of any missing data. Then, the customer removes their luggage from the vehicle and hands over the keys. We park the vehicles ourselves.

Attention : Three people are included in the booking price. For more than three people, a surcharge of 10€ per additional person is applied. A 10.00 Euro airport fee per vehicle is payable on-site. Up to 2 suitcases per person are free of charge, each additional piece of luggage costs an extra 10€ on-site.

Vehicle Size Limits: Maximum width: 2.00m and maximum length: 5.00m. Oversized vehicles, such as a VW bus, Mercedes Vito, Ford Transit, or similar, incur a fee of 20.00€ at booking. Vehicles the size of a Mercedes Sprinter or similar are subject to a surcharge of 30.00€. For oversized vehicles like pickups, SUVs, or vans, the parking provider charges an additional 20€. Vehicles such as a T5 or Vito are considered oversized.

The booked time is binding. Delays of over 30 minutes incur additional costs of 15€. Any delays or extensions of stay must be communicated promptly in writing via email to the parking provider
